Each year, Gateway hosts its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration to remember Dr. King’s legacy and honor community members who keep his spirit alive by giving back. Join us for our 30th annual celebration on January 15, 2024.

The theme for this year’s event is “The Time is Now”. In his "I Have a Dream" speech, Dr. King said: "Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children."

Hear from keynote speaker Rev. Demetris Crum, enjoy an inspiring music performance, and join in an afternoon of community and fellowship.
