Gateway Technical College President Bryan Albrecht on Sept. 16 was one of four to be selected nationally to speak at a public briefing and panel discussion about the opportunities and challenges in aligning skills training with the needs of a 21st Century workforce. He pointed to short-term training and certificates such as those offered at Gateway as one of the ways to address those challenges.
