For 2023, challenge yourself and commit to participating in Gateway's 2nd Annual 21-Day Equity Challenge in order to raise your awareness and take action on the different ways that bias, equity, privilege, cultural competence, racism, and allyship show up in our day-to-day lives. Gateway's 21-Day Equity Challenge Team invites all students, faculty and staff to participate in a daily learning experience that focuses on issues related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and reflects on the influence and impact these issues have daily on our work and learning community.

Explore racial awareness, social justice, power & privilege, systemic inequities and more and how they impact higher education and our community by participating in the 21-Day Equity Challenge. By accepting the challenge, you will read, watch, notice, engage, connect, reflect and act daily through learning opportunities that equip you for challenging, but meaningful, conversations. The challenge will culminate on March 24 at 11:30 a.m. with a virtual workshop with keynote speaker, Dr. Mikaila Brown. Learn more about Mikaila and The Common Thread Project.

All Gateway students and employees are welcome to join the challenge!
