Official Transcripts

You’ll most likely need to request an official transcript at some point in your academic and professional careers, whether you’re going on job interviews or transferring from Gateway to another college. Your official transcript is a printed record of the courses you’ve taken at Gateway, and is a required document by many employers and higher education institutes. Official transcripts have the signature of the Registrar and the Gateway seal.

To request an official transcript online, make an official request via the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) website.

Fees for an official online transcript order:

  • Fees for an official online transcript order:
Electronic Orders - $10.40 if the school you are sending your transcript to also uses NSC. The ordering portal will know and default to this price if the option is available. $11.40 for all other electronic orders where the recipient does not use NSC.
  • You can enter multiple recipients in a single Electronic Order. Each additional recipient costs $10.40 or $11.40 as outlined above.
  • Electronic Orders will be processed the same day they are received if we are able to match your student record automatically. Please note: If we need to get in touch with you to confirm your information and match your record, this will delay processing.
  • Mail Orders - $10.40. Mail Orders will be mailed to the recipient via regular first-class U.S. mail within five business days of order submission.
  • You may send multiple copies of your transcript to the same recipient at a discounted price of $7.50 for each additional copy. (Sent to the same address on the same order only.)
If you wish to mail transcripts to more than one recipient, each recipient requires a unique order and fee at $10.40
