Topics include creating and executing supply chain strategies that meet customer needs and increase profits; learning how successful supply chain management adds value to your organization; understanding customer loyalty and the lifetime value of a customer; understanding the role of data and information technology in support of the supply chain; and exploring the IT infrastructure as it relates to suply chain management systems.
