In this course, students apply their knowledge and skills acquired through participation in the Leadership Development Program. Students investigate business management and project management. They examine basic financial reports and the management of employees. They apply leadership skills to change management and conflict resolution related to both individual employees and teams. Upon completion of the course, students will be ready to take the Certified Service Manager Certification exam to illustrate their acquisition of supervisory skills for the service and manufacturing industries.
