On August 5, 1961, The Black Nite Tavern was the home of Wisconsin's first LGBTQ uprising. In 2022, the city of Milwaukee declared it a historic landmark.
Join us to see the landmark and enjoy a special dinner to celebrate the joy that blossomed out of hard times. Transportation from the Racine and Kenosha campuses will be provided. First come, first served – sign up in My Gateway.
