
Criterion Five. Resources, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness
The institution’s resources, structures, and processes are sufficient to fulfill its mission, improve the quality of its educational offerings, and respond to future challenges and opportunities. The institution plans for the future.
This month, we are searching for documentation that supports the following:
- The institution’s resource base supports its current educational programs and its plans for maintaining and strengthening their quality in the future.
- The institution’s governance and administrative structures promote effective leadership and support collaborative processes that enable the institution to fulfill its mission.
- The institution engages in systematic and integrated planning.
- The institution works systematically to improve its performance.

We are particularly in need of documented departmental or division operating plans or strategic plans as well as any evaluation documents you use to measure the outcomes of your department or division. Please let us know if you are aware of any supporting documents that are not included in the Evidence List (note: if your documents are on Google Drive, please download and pdf them before uploading--do not link):
