Compensation

Each of Gateway’s compensation classifications are assigned a corresponding pay grade and range. These grades and ranges collectively form the general grade and range structure.

Retirement

Employment at Gateway includes WRS matched contribution benefits.

Employee Assistance

When faced with an emergency, Gateway employees have the option to utilize employee assistance programs and short and long term disability to help cope.
