Higher education can be a conduit for significant change in the lives of students and the communities they serve. Not all students see their degrees through to completion, though, and not all students who earn degrees are able to find gainful employment in their fields.

EAB’s Moon Shot is a technology-enabled partnership designed to improve long-term social and economic opportunities for students. The program focuses on assisting students both during and after they earn their degrees, providing them with valuable tools and resources to ensure their success. Gateway joined a regional group of two- and four-year colleges participating in Moon Shot, including Milwaukee Area Technical College, UW-Parkside, UW-Milwaukee and Carthage College. Gateway is currently focused on three key areas of best practices to promote student success:
