Applying to Gateway is easy and only takes about 15 minutes, but there are a few things you’ll need to make the process as smooth as possible:

Complete your application.
Complete your application for admission and pay the international student processing fee. Choose a program of study, fill out your online application and pay your $30 application fee. Please note that international students can enroll in any program except for the Aeronautics – Pilot Training program. Complete the admission packet.
Complete the application for admission packet for international students, which includes a Certification of Finances form and an International Student Emergency Contact Form.
Provide proof of English proficiency.
Gateway accepts the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) as proof of English proficiency.
Have an Official Credit Evaluation.
More information is available on the Transcript Evaluation Services webpage.This report is required to verify completion of high school/secondary school or higher education completed outside of the U.S.
Submit Passport Photo.
Submit a clear photograph or scan of your passport’s photo ID page.
Send completed documents to Gateway.
Make copies of all the materials for your personal reference, and send all completed forms and supporting documents via email to oiss@gtc.edu or via post to:

Once all documents are received, Gateway Technical College will issue you the I-20 form, and you will be notified.
