Our Transfer/Vocational Coach is here to support and assist you in creating a path to achieving your post-graduation goals, whether you wish to pursue your bachelor’s degree at a four-year college, or join the workforce. Your TAG Transfer/Vocational Coach provides: 

Transfer assistance such as: 

• Admissions preparation
• FAFSA application assistance
• School code change
• Scheduling college transfer tours/visits

Vocational skill development such as: 

• Connection to DVR services
• Introduction to Handshake, a job search site for technical college students and alumni
• Referrals to a Gateway Student Employment Specialist
• Referrals to a Gateway Career Counselor
• Elevator speech development
• Professional wardrobe discussion and help with securing and interview outfit
• List of local career fairs, expos and workshops
