William Duncan, Bethany Ormseth and Kimberly Payne were sworn in Monday, July 11, as members of the Gateway Technical College District Board of Trustees.

Duncan (Walworth) and Ormseth (Kenosha) were reappointed to their seats for a second consecutive term, while Payne (Racine) is a first-time board member. The three were appointed to a three-year term to run 2016-19.

The three were selected by an appointment committee made up of chairpersons of the Kenosha County, Racine County and Walworth County boards of supervisors.

Selected to serve as board officers were: Duncan as trustee board chairperson; Ormseth as board vice-chairperson; Payne as board secretary; and Ronald J. Frederick (Kenosha) as treasurer.
